This game is a mash between Shadow of the Colossus, and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I usually skipped around a video to find where I am missing the weak points. They glow bright when you get close the first time, but then they are easy to miss if you don't get close or you had to climb back to find it. I admittedly looked some up, because I was climbing all over trying to FIND the things. Because they are so large, especially the flying bosses, it's hard to find where exactly you need to climb. There are some bosses that I really disliked because I didn't know WHERE the weak points were. It isn't particularly hard once you know what you are meant to do, but it still feels epic. You feel epic fighting these giant deities. So I guess you could punish yourself to beat all bosses without upgrades if you really wanted! This was actually one reason the game felt rather easy later on for me. They aren't necessary, but they can help make the game not as difficult at certain parts.

Specifically if you are trying to get the totems (whether for completionist or because you want to improve stats), as they do require lots of exploring. The achievements are for the easier puzzles (getting the totems, some are in easy puzzles). And you don't even need to do the harder puzzles for the ACHIEVEMENTS. There are SOME puzzles that require you to think a bit more, but it's mainly super simple puzzles. The puzzles, if you like a brain teaser, I don't really think you'll get much. There is learning with what you are supposed to do, like I literally died on the first boss because I was not sure what I was supposed to do until mid fight, and ended up yeeted under its foot and died. This can be good or bad based on the individual. The game is beautiful, and reminds me why I hate winter in real life.Ī few things I want to note about this game:
